Delta follow-up to #4 (which merged the cron-only revision of .crow.yaml before this landed): makes the auto-update pipeline hand-triggerable.

when becomes an OR-list:

event: cron + cron: update-nixpkgs — unchanged daily schedule
event: manual + branch: main — Crow's workflow_dispatch equivalent: the "Run pipeline" button (or API) fires it on demand

The branch: main guard is deliberate: a manual run from the Crow UI can target any branch, and without the filter a run from some other branch would push that branch's HEAD onto main (the old workflow_dispatch had the same protection via its explicit ref: main checkout).

Diff is exactly the when: block in .crow.yaml; nothing else changes. Cron and secret setup from #4's body still apply.

Adds the manual event next to the cron trigger (Crow's workflow_dispatch equivalent), gated to branch main so a manual run elsewhere cannot push that branch to main. Delta on top of #4, which merged the cron-only revision before this follow-up landed.
